Returns and refunds:

For commissions, there is a 7 day cooling off period in which you can cancel your order after paying your deposit. If the commission is cancelled after 7 days the deposit will be forfeited. Refunds are not available for commissioned pieces. If they are damaged in transit and proof is provided, I will recreate the piece.

For non-commissioned artwork, returns can be made within 28 day of purchase, with the purchaser paying the return delivery fee, provided the item is in the same condition it was originally sold in.
Privacy policy

All information provided by the customer, such as name, email, address and bank details, are used strictly in relation to the transaction they are required for. Customer information will not be shared with any third parties, other than Wix for payment processing. Animal Art Aboard does not hold your payment details.
Copyright

Animal Art aboard holds the copyright to all art produced, and may use any produced art in its own website and social media sites. No images can be used without consent.

If you provide a professionally taken photo, please provide the written consent of the photographer to reproduce the image
Delivery

Items will be delivered using Royal Mail special delivery, securely packed. Return items must be sent in the same manner.
Turnaround time

Non-commissioned items will be posted within 2 working days of receipt of order

Commissioned items will generally be completed within 4 weeks of acceptance of commission. If there is a longer lead time due to me undertaking other commissions, I will advise you of this prior to accepting the commission and give you an estimated turnaround time.
